A carefully selected grape fermented in stainless steel and cement tanks, with a portion of the bunches macerated with the stems to extract greater aromatic freshness. It rests for six months in the tanks without barrel aging to preserve the full expressiveness and vivacity of the fruit. The result: a mineral wine with striking fruit aromas and flavors and elegant depth.
